Lack of specialty snacks in Tin Shui Wai.  A small food stall.  Not grab-and-go style, more likely a 10-15 minutes wait.  Helpers are nice and helpful. Dumplings are juicy, hot, and most importantly, the sauce, that makes the finishing touch and taste "Nepali".  50 dollars a set meal, with a choice of marinated potato or chicken drumstick and a cold drink, worth it. Recommendation: Serve specialty drinks.  Maybe lassi, or hot milk tea.Good to embrace another culture. Good to embrace another culture. The neighbourhood should give more support to this kind of family-size business; or else, no choice but chain stores.
