I went there yesterday with my parents for afternoon tea. It was a terrible experienceGot a ticket early around 1:30pm. The staffs began calling ticket numbers at 2pm. It was CHOATIC because: 1. the staff called about 10 tickets at one time2. people RAN into the restaurant like 走難 because tables were not allocated- it was "first come first SNATCH"! 3. I didn't know it was "first come first snatch", so when it was my number, I went inside and asked a staff "which table?", and in return,

1. the staff called about 10 tickets at one time
2. people RAN into the restaurant like 走難 because tables were not allocated- it was "first come first SNATCH"!
3. I didn't know it was "first come first snatch", so when it was my number, I went inside and asked a staff "which table?", and in return, I received a cold answer "Just go find a table and sit down"...WTF?!:huffy
4.SOME PEOPLE DID NOT EVEN HAVE A TICKET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They just ran inside with those who have tickets and "snatch" tables, and the staffs DO NOT CHECK (welll, I don't think the staffs care at all!!)
5. My mom has difficulty walking, so I requested for a table near the entrance...and of cos, my "challenging request" was totally ignored!
Food was ok, nthg speical. Price was ok, but with this "service"?...NOT WORTH MY MONEY OR MY TIME!!!
SERVICE IS SOOO TERRIBLE- I will never come here again unless I have no choice!
