Went there as part of Singapore-in-Hong-Kong Meetup group. Owning a Singaporean's tastebud, the food was considered awful.

1) Bak kut teh was the equivalent of a bowl of dark soy sauce, so much that I wondered if they would accept my kidneys for payment instead of cash.
3) Stingray didn't look a bit like the ones we had in Singapore, and I thought it was way too fishy. Rotten fish covered up by sweet and sour sauce. Urgh.
4) Laksa were not salty enough.
5) Hokkien Mee was too oily.
