I first thought the sushi and yakitori were extortionate in price.

I decided to order a Hokkaido Pork Soup Curry, a beef burger and a French onion soup.

The onion soup was concealed with a thick layer of oil, with cheese sunk somewhere at the bottom of the soup.

The beef burger bun was over cooked and dry, with half of it like a brick and inedible. The patty was full of flour or crumbs- it was way too firm and dry. Shame.

When we placed the order for soup curry we were not offered a choice of spice. It was overly spicy and hard to eat. The so called “Iberico pork loin” was just like a normal pork chop. Shame.

The service just couldn’t care any less (who smokes in front of a customer during service??) and the sushi chef could see I wanted assistance throughout dinner and didn’t bother tell his colleagues to go help.

There is only one Filipino bartender who cared and it’s a real shame

I won’t be back and I look forward to writing a review for the next establishment that takes over Zentro East.
