The chicken skewer that we ordered was undercook and raw in the middle. When we told a waiter about it, no apologies was made and no compensation was given. We ordered beef sukiyaki hotpot and when it arrived, no one turned on the fire in the mobile gas stove. After 3 minutes of waiting, we asked a waiter to turn it on, a waiter obediently did so only to be told by another that he shouldn’t because the soup to the hotpot has not been poured into the pot yet. The soup finally arrived after another 2 minutes. I am not sure why the soup arrived 5
minutes later than the pot itself and this is, I believe, not common. Further, the waiters were clearly untrained.

After the fire to the hotpot was turned on, a waiter suddenly came by and switched the fire off without asking. It was clear to us that the ingredients inside the pot was still raw and the soup wasn’t even boiling. There is no reason why any experienced waiter would do such a thing except serious lack of common sense and blatant disregard of customers’ health.

Last but not least, the beef sukiyaki hotpot was the worst I have had, it was so bland and had no taste.
