I went for the popcorn and told the girl at the cashier if I can have double flavours. She said ok and I said if they had any savoury flavour apart from all the majority of sweet flavours. I tried to explain what I wanted, she didn’t seem care what I wanted, but tried to get me leave soon. I said it’s ok for caramel then, she still looked confused and said ‘tong Yuen?’, I just realised she didn’t understand I had been talking about ‘POPCORN’!!! Omg, what poor misunderstanding and careless listening from her, just because she never tried to listen to what customers said even if I repeated 4-5 times that I wanted ‘popcorn’ when they had shown all the buckets of popcorn next to the cashier , yet her horrible attitude and care free on others created such horrible conversation and she’s simply NOT even qualified for working as a cashier, which is so simple but these type of staff couldn’t even work properly. Could have asked if she didn’t understand but she only kept saying what she wanted to say, 0% services when she’s working in customer service, horrible staff and the shop owner really should improve the quality of hiring better type of staff working here. I was amazed she even rolled her eyes and pulled her face, disgusting!
