My favourites are definitely matsutake mushroom, truffle and cheese dumpling!
Personally think the matsutake and truffle dumplings go well with the soup and one gotta fry the cheese dumpling to get that molten cheesy filling at its best tasting condition!
What is best about getting the dumpling at their stores is that - you gotta drink the arrowhead soup HOT! No MSG at all, would be a waste to not enjoy every spoonful of soup together with the dumpling!
I also love the lemon hot drinks- not too sweet but very soothing to the throat ❤️
If you care about a balanced diet, definitely recommend the choi sum with matsutake soup - satisfying and gotta get the fibre for a good stomach!
