— Beautifully presented dish and definitely one for the gram! These dumplings were pretty delicious, but personally thought the coriander taste was a bit too overpowering. However, the shrimp filling was well seasoned overall with a bouncy texture.

— Very impressive dish and presentation definitely stole a lot of points here. Served to your table sizzling hot, the server pours a generous amount of shaoxing wine on top which immediately burns off and gives off the most fragrant aroma as its mixed in with the sautéed green onions. The buns itself were light and airy, with a really well seasoned wagyu beef filling that had a good peppery punch to it.

— Really good but definitely steep prices for just 1 piece! The abalone was perfectly braised and insanely tender and flavourful. The puff pastry was buttery, flaky and held its shape nicely too. Loved the chicken stuffing which had a rich umami profile.

— Definitely recommend ordering this if you’re looking for a dish packed with flavour and spice. Their homemade X.O. sauce was one of the tastiest I’ve had recently! Resoundingly savoury, with hints of sweetness, spice and a strong umami flavour, these rice flour rolls soaked up all the flavours nicely and stir-fried to a dry finish.

Pic 6️⃣: 芝麻卷 / 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐥𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐒𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐥 - $70 hkd
— Looks a bit better than it tastes. The black sesame aroma could’ve been stronger in my opinion, as the rolls tasted quite mild.

—Pretty good! The dumpling filling was well seasoned and the variety of mushrooms in them gave it a good chew and strong mushroom aroma. The subtle truffle aroma worked really well and elevated the flavours of the dumplings. The dumpling wrappers were nice and chewy too!
