New crazy coffee spot for Instagram, it all about this curvy window ! They are super packed during the afternoon, my advise is to go early ! Breakfast had chosen the sausages and egg with brioche toast ! The sausage was a bit spicy and the toast was a little dense ! This was pretty average ! Since I got there at 10 am, most of the things I want to try doesn’t start serving until 11am 😰 but of course the chef did manage to make it happen for me ! Was super excited 😊! Mini iberico pork katsu sando ! The pork was not super tender but I love the combination with the crispy toast and the crazy vinaigrette fillings that made the entire sandwich less heavy ! Yes they are pretty small !

Their crazy burnt cheese cake ! It was 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 I love how it’s freshly baked, it was still warm when it arrives ! I love how the texture was soft and creamy ....it was not sweet at all !

As they specialized in coffee, they do have a pretty extensive selection of filter coffees. Their coffee mainly focus on the fruity and floral side ! I had chosen a single origin éthiopien coffee bean ! This was not too acidic, the coffee aroma was more towards the sweet tone !
