Really into middle east food recently. Have been to 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝘀 in Wan Chai, their hummus used to be good, but the quality failed during my 2nd visit and the price was raised. Heard that 𝗕𝗲𝗱𝘂 serves the best hummus in Hong Kong but it's expensive that over $200 for lunch but only has two items. Then here I found this hidden gem from 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗦𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 that not much ppl talked about! Right next to the Central mid-level escalators and actually easy to find. Creamy, silky, rich in the high quality olive oil aroma. Just perfect with the warm fluffy pita bread. One of the best hummus I had, other than Francis & Carat in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Fresh lettuce salad mixed with cucumber, cherry tomato and radish. And topped with pomegranate and the deep fried pita khobez which tasted like the crispsy 牛角酥 slice and added interesting flavor to the salad.

Crispy outside and soft inside. Goes well with the creamy aromatic tahini.

The chargrilled chicken skewer is as tender and succulent as it's been slowcooked instead. The spices with the toum (Lebanese garlic sauce) elevated the delicacy of this dish.
