The fried wanton

It was beautiful inside out. Not a fan of fried food but this beauty really impressed me. It was already photogenic when it arrived at the table.
Then, one bite --- the quintessential example of crispy outside and juicy inside. I know it's cliche but if I had to choose only one instance to overuse this phrase, this would be it.

The fried pork chop stir-fried noodles

I prefer the soup noodles to contrast with the dry fried pork chop but this is still a nice mix if you're into more flavour. In any case always have the fried pork chop, there's a reason why it's the signature dish!

Bamboo fungus soup noodles with cabbage (vegetarian)

It is indeed a nice vegetarian choice but it's not filling enough.
We ended up ordering an extra dish of just pork chop to go with this one.
