Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

The slow-cooked Mirai beef salad is a true delicacy. 🥗The tender Mirai beef is cooked to perfection at a low temperature, then combined with fresh vegetables and homemade salad dressing.

For the Mirai beef steamed in a traditional bamboo basket, 🎋the meat is incredibly tender and juicy, and the flavors are enhanced by the natural sweetness of the vegetables that are placed beneath it in the bamboo basket.🧺

Two types of beef tongue👅: thick-cut and Kyoto scallion. The thick-cut beef tongue is my personal favorite. Grilled to perfection, it has a delicate pink color and a satisfyingly tender yet chewy texture.

The seasonal Mirai beef yakiniku platter includes various cuts of Mirai beef🥩, such as sirloin, rib meat, lean meat, and shoulder meat. Each cut has its own unique flavor and texture, ranging from the rich and flavorful rib meat to the lean and tender lean meat.

Cheese curry Mirai beef served with French bread is served in a sizzling hot stone pot🥖, every bite is a delightful combination of curry aroma, melted cheese, and succulent beef, accompanied by fluffy French bread.

Mirai beef skewers have the tender and juicy beef inside🍡. These thinly battered and deep-fried delicacies are golden and crispy on the outside.

Finally, end the meal on a sweet note with the indulgent hojicha ice cream.🍨
