This is a new gem in Happy Valley. It’s a very nice cafe which is bright and cozy. I’ve ordered Avocado sourdough and Carbonara Udon to share with my daughter. The avocado sourdough was served with scramble egg and green salad. Both scramble egg and the sourdough were sprinkled with furikake which is commonly found in 🍙 onigiri. This smart use of furikake gives extra colour and flavour to your bite infuse some Japanese taste to this typical western breakfast dish. Sunflower seeds and pomegranat

The avocado sourdough was served with scramble egg and green salad. Both scramble egg and the sourdough were sprinkled with furikake which is commonly found in 🍙 onigiri. Sunflower seeds and pomegranates were added to give extra texture to your every bite. Ingredients are all fresh and in good quality. Outstanding dish!
The carbonara was delicious. As a carbonara lover myself, I feel that using the udon gives an amazing experience. To top it off, the onzen egg only added to it’s creamy deliciousness.
The americano was so so but given the main dishes were awesome, we asked for dessert menu to stretch our stomach. To our surprise, we were first told no dessert available. Because we looked so disappointed, they finally offered us a freshly baked chocolate cake. It was freshly baked and didn’t cool down completely, so the cream was a bit melted. Despite the not very appealing presentation, it made up for it with its superb texture and excellent taste. I usually don’t like eating chocolate cakes as I think they are too sweet and too chocalate-y, but this cake completely changed my mind about chocolate cakes.
