New restaurant opened in Elements opposite the Grand cinema.Actually been here more than once, they have a bit of everything for everyone.Fluffy pancakes, waffles, asian noodles, pizza, pasta, sandwiches, hard not to choose something suitable from the menu! Nice ambience, feels much more spacious than most hk restaurants.We also had a bit of everything. Then the Waffles Benedicts, which is a nice twist from the ordinary benedicts.
That Hollandaise sauce was gooood!

Also had the burrata chorizo pizza. The burrata cheese was lighter than mozzarella, more fresh and creamy. Gave the pizza a nice texture. Crust was nicely burnt like proper italian style.

To finish the meal, we had 2 desserts to share. For those who like lighter finish, you have to go for the pantrys pancakes. Lighter feel, moist centre with the Ricotta cheese and midly sweet with the honeycomb butter.
If you are the type that like heavier sweeter dessert, then go for the banana waffle with ice cream. or Tiramisu Pancakes (although we did not have this time).
