— No sichuan meal is complete without trying out their 口水雞! Flavours in this were insane, and each bite was packed with flavour. The chili sauce was pretty spicy but very aromatic with a delicious savoury touch to it. Chicken was tender, with the perfect ratio of fattiness to lean meat.

— This was SO good! The yellow croaker had a flaky texture and also very tender and delicate. The meat had a natural sweet taste to it, whilst the skin had an aromatic oily flavour to it that wasn’t overpowering. Don’t be fooled by the seemingly light coloured sauce, this was insanely flavourful and delicious with the flavours of the dish oil really seeping through. Also with a touch of Chinese wine, the flavours of the sauce were completely elevated and went perfectly with the fish. The ume somen was a great addition to the dish, as it was able to soak up all the flavours from the sauce, as well as fill you up. I definitely recommend ordering this!!

—The duck had a good ratio of fattiness and lean meat, and was roasted nicely to give the skin a good amount of crispiness to it. Personally thought the duck could’ve been more aromatic, and slightly lacked the rich flavours that duck inherently has though. The pancakes on the side were nice and thin, and went well with the duck. The dipping sauce had a good balance of sweetness and savoury notes too with a slight plum flavour to it.
