Their signature lobster bisque lava croissant with a Thai twist adding tom yum flavor into the bisque. It’s very rich and well balanced, the spice in tom yum is there but not too overpowering, you can still taste the lobster umami in the creamy bisque. The croissant is crispy on top but inevitably a bit soggy on the bottom with the bisque filling. But overall still a bold creation with hot bisque filled in a croissant!

The starter are both light and refreshing, the thai chili sauce that is quite limey complemented the grilled oyster really well. The King prawn is nicely grilled and quite fresh, but the pomelo is a bit bland and not as juicy as I would’ve liked.

My favorite courses must be the mains, wagyu beef cheek is incredibly tender with a rich aromatic curry sauce that is finger licking good! The pork neck is a very Thai style dish nicely grilled with crispy edges and tender meat, the sweet and sour thai dressing is a delicious dip.

Coconut gelato with purple glutinous rice

The dessert wowed us presented beautifully in a cocktail glass, with super coconuty ice cream on top of purple sticky rice that gives much gooey and pops texture. Coconut lovers must try this!
