To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺長洲行完小長城後,就即刻到訪哩間特色小店。一黎到門口,除了見到長長的人龍之外,就係一幅好特別的打卡牆📸。小店主要賣梳打🍹、自家製乳酪、果花茶、卷蛋。我地今次試左佢的百香果角酪、桃桃梳打同埋大馬士革茶卷蛋。💕百香果角酪 ($36) (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) 🍦哩杯百香果角酪好有驚喜,每一啖都飲到酸酸的百香果籽,配埋自家製乳酪,好醒神又開胃。桃桃梳打 ($36) (⭐️⭐️⭐️) 🍹行到又熱又攰,飲返杯有氣的桃味梳打真係好正,入面真係有桃肉!讚!大馬士革茶卷蛋 ($45) (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) 🍰全店得兩款卷蛋,一款係打卡之選的角酪卷蛋,係碟豆花配乳酪士多啤梨CREAM;而身為抺茶控的我,梗係要試下佢每日限量的大馬士革茶卷蛋。卷蛋係好有茶香味的大馬士革綠茶,配上有回甘的蜂蜜綠茶CREAM,味道啱啱好又唔會太甜! 最正係仲有芝士奶蓋的topping,好邪惡!但好好味呀!
