To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 冬天，食熱野，除咗打邊爐，我覺得就系燒烤，約咗2個F取件海港城一起烤肉。locatio:海運大廈4樓。我自己早到，5點去拿號，20幾MINS，裝修都系好深色系，好有日本清冷feel。坐一陣F來咗，話環境好，可以睇到維港。有D貴，算系食環境....牛肋肉&燒肉拼盤。牛肉真系好味，好嫩，入口即化。好嫩口，F都話可以。自己烤，一陣就食得。燒肉拼盤都可以。牛舌好好嚼頭，烤得好香，我食唔得辣，F食辣，所以D我都無蘸咩醬。分量都唔系多，幾個人幾個就食得差唔多了。牛角飯，紫菜撈飯，以為味道麻麻，不過又幾好食喔，F一直話，自己都可以整啦，唔使出街食啦。粟米都系好清香，不過唔好烤甘耐。幾個人吹下水，烤下野食又睇下景，又可以消磨時間。幾好，推薦。
