Ordered two breakfast sets. Each set comes with toasts and 2 drinks. Yea, 2 drinks. You can have different drinks, like a juice and a coffee. Or you can have the same drink twice, like 2 juices.

I ordered the scramble egg and avocado sandwich. And my hubby chose the Egg Benedict with ham and spinach.

Orange Juices were served first. It's fresh OJ, where there's a lot of pulps! It's served chilled, which is perfect for the hot day. Yummy!

Later, wheat toast was served with 3 different spreads, butter, strawberry jam and the orange jam. I like the variety of spread provided

About 15 - 20 min later, our breakfasts were brought in. By the way, it's a popular restaurant. So it's expected that it takes a little longer to prepare the food.

The sandwich that I ordered was the Turkish bread, which was a little chewy. It's not easy to cut with the knife provided. It came with a pretty large portion. The avocado was completely covered by the eggs! And interestingly, Hollandaise sauce was also served in a side dish.

I tried the first bite without the sauce to see how it tasted. Um, the egg was prepared nicely and not overcooked. Avocado was ripe. The combination was almost perfect. Why not perfect? It should have been salted a bit more. Maybe that's why they are offering the Hollandaise sauce as well.

The baby asparagus served on the side was very tender and fresh, which made a very good protein, vitamin and fiber balance.

My hubby enjoyed the Egg Benedict as well. I just tried a little. The egg was soft. The ham was just standard. Hollandaise sauce was served on the side as well.

We enjoyed the sun shine so much that we spent almost an hour to finish our dishes. We finally ordered our second drink. I tried cranberry juice. Then I realized OJ was so much better. My hubby ordered an iced cappuccino. I didn't try. But he said it's ok.

What a relaxed Sunday morning! Jaspas is surely on our Sai Kung dining list.
Other Info. : It's very hard to find a parking in the area. We got there before 9:30 am on Sunday (thought that we were early) but still took us at least 30 min to get a parking. So be patient :P
