To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

主題係Jumbo ScallopSpecial dishes: crabmeat scallop tartar, scallop risotto去到見倒Buffet選擇唔算少不過不……….失蝦望落細-中size, 點知一入口好鮮甜喎, 煙金槍魚比較鮮, 又去試下.....又一次驚喜, 肉質細軟, 有魚味門口有個即叫即煮既意粉,材料同汁可以自己揀選,揀完有個廚師即刻煮....味道真好冷盤:蝦,幾大隻,又新鮮;瀨尿蝦,比較細,無乜肉食,但都算鮮甜;扇貝,比較淡;青口,好新鮮,好味;龍蝦仔………..ok la沙律:我地無試自助沙律吧,只食左預先拌好果d,鍾意有個海鮮意粉沙律,同有個都幾辣ge沙律 熱葷,羊架超好味呀,牛扒就普通d,魚扒又ok wor。咖哩雞+印度餅都好味呀,但如果塊薄餅係脆口果隻仲更加好.... d甜品都算唔錯架喇,比想象中好好多。Tiramisu,就麻麻地喇食下輪下,已經過左兩個幾鐘,我地飽到唔識郁喇。 今期做海鮮主題,魚生都係salmon, tuna, octopus咁,唔需要排好長龍。冷盤有各式蔬菜、沙律、少量ham。主角海鮮bar,有龍蝦仔、熟蝦、瀨尿蝦、長腳蟹、青口
