Emmental, Appenzeller and Gruyere finished with Parmesan and smoked Mountain Bacon served with Macaroni and Boiled Potatoes ($388)It was served in a big ceramic pot. Rich in blended cheeses with subtle hint of liquor. The cheese fondue was just enough for dipping all bread cubes
