Friend was in hong kong so took him here for dinner. Unfortunately Fathers day is coming up as well so it was either set menus or alacarte.The alacarte menu was so boring.Anyway ordered sweet and sour pork, noodles and beans.Friend wanted abalone and scallops which i knew was going to steamed for too long. Friend wanted abalone and scallops which i knew was going to steamed for too long.

It was just as I predicted because these restaurants basically steam seafood like robots.
The only dish that was good was the ss pork which was crispy and the sauce was sweet and sour.
The noodles were horrible with strong ammonia taste.
The scallops were killed with the rancid oil poured on top.
Service was rude and not even a thank you after you had paid the bill
