We got the premium sushi platter which included six different types of sushi; scallop, fish roes, tuna, salmon, shrimp and snapper. The fish was fresh and sweet. The shrimp was crunchy; the tuna and salmon were soft and easy to chew. The scallop was fresh and sweet. I enjoyed the fish roes popping in my mouth.
We love eel so we also got the eel rolls which was delicious. The eel was big and meaty. The texture was soft in the inside and crunchy on the outside. I also loved how they put avocado inside the sushi too. It was a great combination.
In case we will get hungry later, we ordered the tempura udon. The tempura was crispy and crunchy. The veggies inside was soft and sweet. The udon was soft and stretchy.
To finish off, the grilled chicken minced skewer came at last. It was cooked beautifully, the skewer was meaty and soft. I love the flavour as well as dipping it into the egg mixture.
