60 dollars for a Hamburg omelette rice and a lemon tea. the food was delicious, the gelatinous sauce was appealing in its own way. while I was eating another friendly restaurant owner came up to me and asked for my thoughts. thought it was pretty cool. Hamburg was chewy and had notes of roasted flavour. some greens to balance out too. I wouldn't say it's on the cheapest side, but the flavour is definitely worth it. from walking up to the counter to eating, I could definitely feel a sense of warm
