To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

職員全都很友善：原本訂了室外，主動安排我們坐室內；會提供小童餐具；會主動斟水；夾唔到意大利飯落碟時會主動幫手；壽司負責人很親切；會有不同款式的熱盤推出；飲品負責人會幫我們沖熱飲……食物有壽司、刺身、沙律、芝士、湯、湯麵、熱盤、麵包、牛扒、多款印度咖哩……水果有橙、西瓜、哈密瓜、火龍果；雪糕有牛奶公司、haagen dazs朱古力、雲呢拿、士多啤梨；蛋糕勁多款，勁靚、勁吸引！整體非常滿意，過了非常愉快的一晚！（利申：早一日訂座有七五折。）
