one of the recommended shabu shabu shops in HK. we ordered 1 beef and 1 seafood set with fish soup as recommended by the waitor (boss maybe). we 1st tasted the soup before putting our vegetables, beef and seafood inside. the soup is very clear and not salty. after making it more concentrated, the soup is very delicious and rich. we almost finished bottom up in the end. we both put the soup containers onto the table. we only order 2 skewers. 1 is beef tougue and the other is chicken ball. chicken

1 recommendation of next visit is to order 1 set of shabu shabu and taste more skewers or other dishes.
