To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友食晚餐，Ozone室內佈置幾靚，暗暗哋幾有氣氛，我哋叫咗d野食同埋兩杯嘢飲，期間都有waiter走埋嚟問食物o 唔ok, 野飲覺得點，waiters 都好attentive同都會同食客交流互動，成個過程感覺好好。值得一提嘅係個蕃茄三重奏好得意餅乾上面有啲蕃茄粒粒跟住中間係凍湯，最下面嗰層係啫喱，幾特別。食完嘢拎住杯野飲出去outdoor望住個景，又打下卡咁，咁高望落去係好靚嘅，可惜當日大霧如果唔係個景應該更加stunning.
