Nice food bad service

Went there with a friend last night, the attitudes of the waiters and waitress were nothing close to welcoming. They act like they are reluctant to serve, and we asked them something on the menu they simply said they didnt know. I like the food there but this kind of service does nothing but stop me from visiting there again.
