To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Stumbled upon this friendly joint because of the lovely menu booklet outside.I really appreciate the effort they put in to compile this cute A5 sized booklet with all the dishes in English and Chinese.Inside, you will see lots of pictures of the food.Some of the dishes were creative like the caramel tomatoes and the wontons baked with KRAFT cheese.The best thing is that they specify which cheese is used so I am tempted to try it next time.Anyway, I had the noodles tossed with chicken feet in soy

The best thing is that they specify which cheese is used so I am tempted to try it next time.

Anyway, I had the noodles tossed with chicken feet in soy sauce.
It was tossed in chicken oil which is more fragrant than pork lard and the chicken feet were tasty.
The only struggle was the chopsticks so it took me a while to eat it.
