A night gather with friends, picked this nearby restaurant few steps away from my friend flat. Jealous to stay at this hearty ground of HK!Classic 798 Unit Co Decl, slightly casual and relaxing. great improvement on finding a place with higher inner-height, but still can be even higher. If you went TST 798 before, you will definetly got what I mean. Well .... doesn't matter this time as our group kinda loudly one and gonna be whos annoying other. Classic 798 Unit Co Decl, slightly casual and relaxing. great improvement on finding a place with higher inner-height, but still can be even higher. Assigned to the table on the short tail of this L sharp area, hope did not distrubted those 1-on-1.

Spaish food in HK is not those in Spain. These tapas were double sized and priced. They are still reasonably priced, but not welcoming man who look for a drink before going home LOL
No effect on us, just bringing out the old memories.

Garlic Bread with Tomato

Garlic toast with tomato. Well seasoned with good balance on Oil n vinager, just need a stronger garlic kick to tigger.

Garlic Prawn. Chilli n garlic are good friend ever, prawn is not prawn size enough but fresh n tasty. Need extra pint of salt. In spain this dish should presented with a pot of extremely hot oilve oil, garlic n shrimps shizzling inside, watch them from raw to cooked. Well, not so possible in HK i guess.

Spanish Octopus in Garlic Olive Oil

This octopus like carpaccio, octopus well treated to be soft n tender. Nice to wrap in those deep-fried garlic slice n salad leafs to multiply the favour.

After the tapas, I can tell not to meet up any girl on that night LOL

Seafood Bisque. Passed one. No watery but still can be a bit richer and concentrate.

We order this paella more or less because of the bisque and luckily it delivered well. With the nice favour at the base, rice cooked well in a way so call humid but not moist.Prawn on top is finally prawn and the shells are managed just well. Dont forget to juice out the lemon before taste, it's totally two dishes!

Seabass. What a nice thick cut pan-sealed a crispy skin. a soft press by fork can sperate it flake by flake. It automatically melt once it land your tonuge and the fish oil explose in the mouth. Just tell yourselve fish oil is health oil.

Second starch is linguini, same as garlic prawn, need an extra pint of salt. Linguini is right cooked as well as the prawn.

Bread pudding is same as the one in 798. the toast horn on top is the ice cream spoon. the pudding base have rich milk n egg favour but can be a bit firmer.
