Next came our Caesar Salad with deep fried running eggs and jumbo soft shell crab. Boy! it the soft shell crab was gigantic! The crab was meaty and juicy, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. Not only the crab was amazing, so was the egg.

Look at the yolk, still running! It wasn't too oily tho it was deep fried, loved the contrasting combination of crispiness and softness and gooeyness. Overall the salad was nicely done, fresh romaine lettuce with shaves of parmeasan cheese, dressed in a creamy ceasar dressing. No wonder why this was one of their signature dishes!

We also ordered a Grilled Salmon. The dish was delicious too! The salmon skin was crispy, and the fish was firm and flavorful. The sweetness and saltiness of the Japanese soy sauce complemented the sweetness of the salmon very well. Not only the fish was good, so was the baked potato and the wasabi mayo dressed cucumber (underneath the salmon). A good fusion dish!

Overall, I find Glasshouse a nice casual hang out place at IFC. Tho I had to yell to talk sometimes as the music was a little bit too loud, but I would definitely come back again for drinks and supper.
