Decided to try this eatery for a little belated Christmas celebration lunch with a few friends. I was quite excited to visit this place because of how chic and well decorated it looked from the entrance. They also offered some pretty promising looking set lunch menus and the staff was friendly. 🙆🏻♀️For starters I chose a cauliflower soup. It was alright, could have had more flavour but the texture was just right, not too thick nor too runny and made me feel very warm drinking it in the cool weat

I tried the sirloin steak with grilled vegetables as the main course and it did not disappoint! I had it cooked medium and it was done perfectly and the portion was appropriate. The meat was slightly charred on the outside and tender, soft and juicy on the inside. It was not dry and every bite was easy. I would say it could have done with a bit more flavour though, the richness was still lacking a little bit in my opinion. The steak was also served with a black pepper sauce and mustard. I wasn’t too fond with the black pepper because I feel like gravy or perhaps just mustard or some salt would have been a better choice, but if you are a black pepper sauce fan this would be perfect. The veggies were great, very sweet and well made without being too greasy. 🥩
Overall a pretty satisfying and nice dining experience!
