tried their $38 vegetarian cart noodles (w/ 3 choices toppings)...i got okra, eggplant & mushroom "gong" balls (it's like the pork version but the pork is replaced w/ tofu based "pork" and inside is flavorful mushroom bits).  it came w/ a soup base that tasted like homemade soup and some lettuce.  they had like 5 choices of noodles and i picked their spinach one.  portion is small, mind you, but great for afternoon tea or a light lunch.  only gripe is there could be even less oil (i think the eg

portion is small, mind you, but great for afternoon tea or a light lunch.  only gripe is there could be even less oil (i think the eggplant was fried in oil)...not that it was very oily but i'd prefer close to zero oil.   i like how they're not trying to be western vegetarian and not totally chinese style vegetarian style and try to use real veggies( i hate the fake meat stuff).  

look forward to trying their other dishes.
