Fresh coconut - As the weather was hot, we ordered a fresh coconut to quench our thirst. It was cooling and sweet, served cold as well.

Vietnamese drip coffee - This was one of Vietnamese's signature drink. Coffee powder and water were slowly dripped through a filter into the glass drink below. The coffee was fragrant and slightly bitter, with condensed milk provided to make it sweet and smooth.

Rice with lemongrass pork chop and fried egg - The chef was generous with the portion of pork chop, which was fried till perfection, juicy and chewy, crispy skin as well. Soy sauce was provided to pour onto it, and the rice was fragrant and chewy. Fried egg was soft and smooth too.

Pho with medium rare beef, well done beef and beef ball - This dish was one of the most order when visiting Vietnamese restaurant. Pho was soft and smooth, and the soup was rich in taste and flavourful, absorbing the essence of the beef broth. Beef ball was very chewy and medium rare and well done beef were tender and juicy.
