I met up with a girlfriend one rainy Sat afternoon at Fiat Cafe for some afternoon tea. I've driven a Fiat before and it was intriguing to me that they have a cafe. I met up with a girlfriend one rainy Sat afternoon at Fiat Cafe for some afternoon tea. I've driven a Fiat before and it was intriguing to me that they have a cafe. I was curious if the food would be any good. The cafe wasn't really full that day and we got seats looking out onto the busy street in CWB. Turns out that they don't really have a special menu for afternoon tea so we just ordered off their regular menu. We ordered the ricotta figs with white truffle, honey and olive oil with iberico ham to share. The ham slices were big and covered almost the entire plate. The figs were very sweet in contrast to the ricotta, which did not really have a taste. The ricotta was light though and works well to offset the saltiness of the iberico ham. I also ordered a latte for my drink and the milk was frothed correctly so it has a hint of sweetness. The prices were a bit on the high side though I think, but it's also cute place that's perfect for a group of friends to hang out.
