The pork is slightly spicy as kimchi is used to cooked for it and the portion of fat-thin of the pork is nice. so the pork wont be too dry or fatty.
you can add the pork to the taco and add the sauce and cheese to them
The Taco is nicely cooked, quite rich in wheat falvour and it is slightly crispy in texture. adding the pork to it can help to balance off the spiciness !
Tong Yum soup, which is heated by the candle light to keep its temperature.
The soup is a bit too sour than expected. But the shrimp inside is quite huge in size and the texture of it is chewy in a nice manner.
I forgot the exact name of it but it is the pork covered by the cheese. The pork used is somewhere from okinawa and the flavour of it really nice. The pork is very tender. The cheese on top is not very strong in taste but in general it add score to the pork i would say. There is also some salad as side dish which helps to balance off the oily food of the dish.
I like this one so much, it is well prepare and cooked into very crispy oyster cake! and the oyster portion is generous so it tastes really nice !
preparing in the pan which make it looks cute and you can observe that the surface of it would not be too oily.
HAHA i add generous amount of cheese into my pork taco! but it is slightl too sicy for me i would say
Always end the meal with dessert and we have three gelato today
strawberry gelato which never goes wrong
and the behind is the pistacchio gelato, the taste of it is quite strong and the texture is smooth. while the milk flavour of it is quite strong as well
