Congee is one of those homey comfort food that make me a proud Chinese. The food ain’t great here so won’t come back but I did enjoy the neighbourhood interactions, small business air and the thriving sense of it all. Everyone was just working so hard. Bbq pork rice flour rollsVery hearty thick pork! Impressed. The roll skin is also thicker so I guess it’s supposed to be balanced but it’s not. Roll skin must never be thick. Never. Added spicy sauce and it was much spicier than your average shop

Bbq pork rice flour rolls

Very hearty thick pork! Impressed. The roll skin is also thicker so I guess it’s supposed to be balanced but it’s not. Roll skin must never be thick. Never. Added spicy sauce and it was much spicier than your average shop sauce. Oohlala.


Hot soya milk

Waaaay sweeter than any I had had before.


Fish ball congee

Fish balls are waaaay too salty. Borderline unedible. So I can say that I’m sad there is so much fish.
Super disappointed as I came in here looking for something fresh. At least ot was flaming hot, too bad the day wasn’t really cold.
