For the starters, we both had the Steak Tartare and Foie Gras Terrine Brûlée. The tartare was well-seasoned, the rosemary ponzu have a herbal and appetising sour taste. For the brûlée, the portion was generous. The roasted sherry apple was flavourful too.
For main, the seared Baltic salmon was OK, but it was a bit overcooked to my standard. The USDA rib eye was having nice grill marks, some tendon but acceptable doneness.
For dessert, the lemon tart was a bit too sour, but sweetness and fruitiness is good. The carrot cake was out of my expectation, which had some cream layers to soften the mouthfeel.
