This is one of the many standard Japanese food options around the Wanchai area, and as part of my favorite Japanese food chain, this particular restaurant does a fine job of living up to their usual standard--not spectacular, but respectable seafood with decent ingredients. My favorite part about this place is that the wait is never too long.
What really stood out to me was the steamed egg custard, which didn't have too much of MSG and was subtly flavored with seafood.
The tempura was done very well, lightly battered so that the taste of oil doesn't overwhelm the flavors of the shrimp and other materials inside.
