It was early December and I am clearing leave before the end of the year. Thus , plan to go to Tower 535 to enjoy a Spanish dinner with a mate in a Christmas evening.The restaurant is Appendix Coffee and Bar. The restaurant is located at the lift lobby of Tower535, not having a lot of privacy but recommend to have dinner there in weekend evening as it is much more quiet.Restaurant has 2 parts - one bar area and one small dinner area ( probably <20 ppl). We plan to do their December Dinner Set with drink as it look like a pretty full dinner set with a reasonable price.
We order House Red Wine and apple cider . The red wine selection is quite good.

The appetiser consist both onion soup (with bread), a Tomato Inca and Burrata Cheese salad and Foie Gras. The onion soup is so-so as too light onion flavour. In contrast, the salad taste so good with fresh tomato and cheese with light milk flavour. I think the sour of the tomato is a good appetiser to light up our odour.

The Foie Gras is a 5 star ! As it is with some sour fruit next to it so the Foie Gras does not taste too oily. Plus, it taste amazing with no strange flavour.

It then comes with a seafood Paella - the taste is normally good . The bad part is the seafood is not as fresh as expected.

Second last comes with second main - Lamb Rack. It taste amazingly good as it is cooked with peanut and bbq source on it. The meat is quite tender as well.

Lastly , it comes with the dessert Torrijas De Leche. It tastes quite good as it taste like Fresh Toast with an ice cream.

Overall- we would highly recommend this restaurant with their set . Taste overall is good and value for money , especially in a weekend evening.
