I don’t think the appetizers are already excellent. The Spanish toast uses left-smoked salmon and buried halloumi cheese. Halloumi cheese is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, full of elasticity, tastes a bit like grilled chicken, so special! Paella is the signature dish of this restaurant, and since I ordered it every time I saw it, I was not disappointed.
