嚟到扒房梗係要鋸扒啦,呢個法國牛肉眼,喺嗰度烈火燒到香噴噴出嚟。檀香味同埋肉味就十足。配傳統嘅紅酒汁同埋Bearnaise,兩者都幾夾呢個牛扒。sidedish都叫咗兩份。一份係烤蘆筍,另外一份薯蓉。嗰度薯蓉就不得不提佢哋呢度嘅薯蓉有好多種唔同口味,今日食呢種係墨西哥辣椒同埋芝士混合而成嘅超濃郁薯蓉,超級好食。
