To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我好多年前本身都有寫開日常生活Blog，之後轉左去專寫 Technology related既 blog。今日終於都鼓起勇氣，試下寫飲食blog。我公司每逢星期五，都會包個下午茶，每次都會叫d唔同的食店，今次就叫呢間。其實叫下午茶外送，都要注意下點什麼，好似公仔面、薯條、通粉等等，我都唔會點。因為送到黎公司，一定浸到完全唔想食。所以今次我點了火退芝士飛碟三文治，算係穩陣的選擇。另外飲品，Grove Sandwiches居然有提供普通港式咖啡以外的選擇，如Latte、Cappuccino、Mocha。我個人比較喜歡Mocha，所以點左杯凍Mocha。打完電話，大約15分鐘便送到，不用等太久，可能撞正復活節假期前後，好多人都仲放緊假。撕開裝住飛碟三文治的紙袋，居然發覺個飛碟三文治仲係熱架，d芝士都仲保持在半液體態，外賣黎講算唔錯。至於杯Iced Mocha，當然同Starbucks無得比，但價錢相對便宜好多，只需另加$15。飲落去都唔錯。呢篇係我個人飲食的第一篇分享，如果寫得唔好，請見諒。希望遲d會慢慢寫到好一點。P.S. 我掉左張外賣紙，下次寫分享前，我會記得拍低或記低個價錢，方便大家參
