Tasty and well thought through mixture of both stringy and tart cheeses in a simple cheese toastie / grilled cheese sandwich. Includes 4 cheeses to satisfy the sandwich snobs out there - with variety of choices for add-ons like bacon to get the right tender juicy meat mix.Under-rated store, will satisfy anyone who is after a quality sourdough combo that hits the spot. Buns might be the wrong word to use because they do a good mix of breads not just milk buns.
