Cane here for lunch on a weekday and only a couple tables were occupied. We got the window seats and the view from Cafe Deco was absolutely lovely! There was also a balcony for guests to enjoy the nice view outdoors.However, the food was far less satisfying than the view. We had the fish & chips and a pasta with mussels.The fried fish was terrible and not crispy at all when served.
