To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Ozone is the highest bar in the world. The view from Ozone is awesome - you can view the stunning panoramic view. The best timing to visit Ozone is 7-9pm as the lights on skyscrapers start to be dimmed after 9pm. Ozone offers a list of wines, spirits and cocktails. For sure, the price is more expensive than most of the bars in HK. I have tried a few cocktails and taste really great. However, the interior design is not as gorgeous as I expected. Ozone offers a list of wines, spirits and cocktails. For sure, the price is more expensive than most of the bars in HK. I have tried a few cocktails and taste really great. 

However, the interior design is not as gorgeous as I expected. Ozone is quite packed and noisy. The waiters are generally unfriendly and impolite as well.
