To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

響香港食拉面，我一直都覺得係好唔值❗️第一，味精湯🙈第二，舖頭無乜氣氛🙃所以當我想食麵，我寧願食車仔麵或者雲呑面，都唔會去食拉麵❗️ 但，某一日我遇到豚王嘅赤王🤤💜——赤王👑呢碗暫時係第1碗我心甘情願排隊去嘅拉麵✨亦都暫時係我每1星期都會去食嘅拉麵✨佢辣，但嗰隻辣係你食到落口之餘但會不斷爆汗飲水❗️但要小心，呢個麵有海量辣粉，食之前記得撈混d❗️麵中間有個肉碎波波，我鐘意將佢壓爛再撈混落湯底，可以提升湯嘅口感🤤配料方面，跟麵有預設嘅木耳&葱/椰菜肩肉腩肉2選1💜腩肉真係好肥美🤣我都係揀翻肩肉啦🤣擺枱有我喜愛嘅辣芽菜同芝麻🥰講到咁好，咁CP值爭1分去左邊？我始終認為拉麵店氣氛熱鬧d會開心d😌但奈可香港餐飲文化始終未能做到如此地步🤔？說白1點，吸引我惠顧嘅係碗拉麵，並非於豚王進食嘅餐飲體驗😌當然，淨係碗赤王都夠做啦😂暫時係我心中唯一的拉麵❗️
