咁靚嘅景,想唔到係No.5餐廳?其實耐唔耐都會轉一轉啲小擺設,好鐘意呢度既景緻!!嘻,有鮮果Sangri~~好味啊~~~ 咁多人都鐘意飲,當然就一大壺啦~~新餐單,今次黎試新嘢!新鮮布拉達芝士配蕃茄果凍,風乾蕃茄,櫻桃蕃茄伴羅勒橄欖油呢道菜,係Starter,擺盤好靚,好似幅畫一樣!!這一道,是蕃茄與芝士的完美結合~~一道Starter入面,就有三款蕃茄。右上是蕃茄果凍,很特別的製作方式,凍凍地,好似啫喱咁好得意。中間夾著蕃茄乾,令到較淡味的蕃茄凍夾著蕃茄乾食,令層次口感得以提升。同時令到蕃茄的味道更為突出。仲有可愛的櫻桃蕃茄!三款配上新鮮的布拉達芝士一齊食,不旦可以中和了芝士的漏,令到整道菜式開胃得黎很有特色!是日精選餐湯,是鮮茄濃湯,打至茄溶狀態,酸酸甜甜,唔錯既選擇。主菜,是任選兩款,分別有薄餅、扁面、比目魚、肉眼等等。海膽扁面配白松露忌廉汁呢個一定要食啦~~海膽,都好大板下!!估唔到咁足料!用上白松露配上忌廉汁,好香滑、好好味。而這裡的扁面,是自家製作,彈牙好味!慢煮比目魚配時令沙律這一道,想不到最底的,不是薯溶,反倒是青豆溶以及甘筍溶,感覺更為清新!比目魚以慢煮方式,外層微脆
