A soy-bean products factory with an popular eatery in the front, serve soybean milk and tofu far .... as well as pan-fried stuffed peppers, eggplants …I felt the soymilk was too water down, that I could not taste any flavor of soybean. The texture of the tofu far was smooth, but also lacking flavors.
