We arrived 635pm. Pretty much not much choice. Not many people but the restaurant tactfully make you wait for everything slightly better e.g. salmon (that's about it). When our turn came at the 'fresh cut' bar, as asked for salmon but was told they ran out (This is about 7pm). But as my brother and I left the queue, then at the corner of my eye, I saw they pulled out a huge salmon from the fringe. I think the trick is - make you wait or take some other food first.

We cannot get get the 'scallop' though I hear it did exist (for brief moments)

Desserts were scarce. Can you imagine they don't even bother to refill the 'marshmallow' for the so-called chocolate fountain. The buffet started at 630pm but the marshmallow ran out at 730pm.

However, with favoritism, the table next to us can get 'private servings' of crabs and desserts, delivered directly to their table; while the rest of the patrons in this restaurant get nothing.

It is the first ever buffet that I still feel much hunger afterwards! Even with 40% discount at $210 HKD per adult, this 'diet' is absolutely over-priced.

I cannot remember one thing tasty from this awful buffet. Salad plate was very small and not quite fresh. Fried rice was extremely hard and cold. Most hot food was served just luke warm too.

The salmon was quite okay at first trial. But the subsequent ones were icy (you literally can taste the ice - that's what I meant)

I am guessing this type of buffet is already priced in (cheaply) for the tourists who stay at the hotel - hence anyone local (like us) who would pay to get entrance would feel ripped off.
